By booking a lesson, camp, or service at Sienna Rock Stables, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not book or use our services.
Horseback riding is an inherently dangerous activity. By participating in any lesson, trail ride, camp, or other activity at Sienna Rock Stables, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with equestrian activities, including but not limited to falls, kicks, bites, and other horse-related injuries.
All riders and parents/guardians of minor riders are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any activity.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full credit toward a future lesson. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, or no-shows, forfeit the lesson fee. We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
All riders must wear an ASTM/SEI-certified helmet during all mounted activities. Helmets are available for loan at no charge. Appropriate footwear (closed-toe shoes with a small heel) is required. Sienna Rock Stables reserves the right to refuse service to any rider who does not comply with safety requirements.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable after the first 7 days of the billing period.
